SUDO Technologies, Inc. builds AI systems for organizations where output quality is non-negotiable — regulators, investors, and operators whose work product carries real consequences.
Where we come from
Our roots are in production infrastructure, security, and systems engineering — the disciplines where "it usually works" was never acceptable. We bring that standard to AI: evaluation before enthusiasm, deterministic controls around probabilistic models, and architectures that assume things fail.
What we believe
- The model asserts; code decides. Anything that must be true — citations, classifications, scores, assembly — belongs in reviewable code, not in a prompt.
- Evaluation is the product. An AI system without measurable acceptance criteria is a demo. We define "good" before we build.
- Clients own their systems. Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your IP. A consultancy that makes itself irreplaceable has failed.
- Honesty about fit. Some workflows don't need AI. Saying so early is part of the job.
The name
sudo is the command that takes responsibility: run this,
as the one accountable for what happens next. That's the posture we
bring to every engagement.
